Texas police are searching for a man's ex-wife in connection to the murder of his beloved Shih Tzu. Joe Bailey, of Bandera County, told police that he came home from the gym last month to find blood all over his home as well as both his dog and a Samsung tablet missing. With help from his friends, Bailey reportedly found his nine-year-old dog stabbed to death in his neighbor's yard. Authorities told Bailey his ex-wife, Heidi Nichole Carpenter, had been questioned earlier after she was found crossing a highway barefoot, an important detail as Bailey found women's sandals near the dog's body. A warrant is out for her arrest.
