Charges are being filed in Washington State against a man accused of stealing a car and some chicken wings. Police in Seattle say the 27-year-old suspect stole the vehicle from a pizza delivery driver last week and chomped his way through a box of jalapeno chicken wings. That was not the end though as say they found him driving the wrong way on a one-way street with his headlights out. He told officers the car belonged to a friend and he was almost certain federal law allowed him to take the vehicle. Police say the man appeared to be under the influence of both alcohol and meth.
