New Heart Study Okays Alcohol, Says No To Energy Drinks

A new heart study may have you rethinking what you eat and drink.  It found that mushrooms and green beans appear to be beneficial but there's a question mark about dairy products.  It also found that tea, coffee and alcohol appear to be okay but that energy drinks should be avoided.   Dr. Andrew Freeman, of National Jewish Health in Denver, led the study and said energy drinks may harm blood vessel function and are causing a spike in emergency room visits.  The study appears in the Journal of the American College of Cardiology.
