Woman Sues NASA To Keep "Moon Dust" Gift From Neil Armstrong

A Tennessee woman is suing NASA to keep an out-of-this-world gift she says Neil Armstrong gave her.  Laura Cicco says the first man on the moon gave her a vial of moon dust when she was a child.  Cicco says her late father and the astronaut who died in 2012 were friends and that Armstrong gave her the vial three years after he made history.  She ran across it about five years ago, after her parents died.  She also ran across a NASA policy that considers all lunar material government property.  So Cicco is suing to keep the space agency from coming after her moon dust, if that's what it is.  Testing has been inconclusive
