A haunted psychiatric hospital is being sold in Michigan. It's actually the complex that once housed the Eloise Psychiatric Hospital in Westland and is known for unusual and even haunted occurrences over the years. The complex first went into operation in the 1800s but has been closed for years. Wayne County is selling the 28-acres for $1 to a development company and the place is going to be turned into affordable housing for senior citizens along with emergency housing. Some have reported hearing moans and screaming from the grounds over the years and paranormal and there is a graveyard on the location.
