It's been over four decades. Maybe you were one of the ones that dared to walk across the frozen Ohio River on Jan. 18 in 1977.
"What do you say about 25 degrees below zero unless you've been to Minnesota? It was cold. It was brutal," Mark Clark recalled to Local 12 several years ago. "It was very bad, and we still had wind at that point, so the wind chill was terrible."
