November is Adopt a Senior Pet month, so we are so excited to talk about dogs like Pooky! Pooky is a 10 year old, male, Lab mix! Don’t let his age fool you, Pooky does not know he’s old and still has great energy! He came to Animal Friends in August and since then has been on the hunt for a forever home! He would prefer a home that lets him splash in the water and gives him lots of treats! He has previously lived with a small dog and done well, but in his dog tests at the shelter he did not seem very interested in being around the other dog so a dog meet and greet might work best to ensure it’s a good fit! During the month of November you can adopt Pooky or any of our senior dogs for only $25 plus their license fee!
