Amara is our longest dog resident (56 days as of Friday). She was a stray that was brought in back in January. She can be A LOT of dog, so she really needs an adopter that likes a dog that's high energy and rough. She does great with other dogs when she meets them in our play yard and will play for hours with them. If she's on a leash or sees a dog through a fence then she does react more aggressively, but it's only because she has some barrier frustration. As long as she can meet them in an open area then she enjoys their company. She's a 2 year old chocolate/white pit mix. Her adoption fee is waived since she's our longest resident. All of her vetting has already been done.
