One ballsy cyclist, who was sick of waiting on the Milwaukee bomb squad, took matters into his own hands on Monday when he inspected the contents of a suspicious package. The man snuck past the police barrier and emptied the backpack on the ground before Milwaukee police tackled him. They went extra hard on that tackle too. Apparently as the man rode towards the backpack he said "I'm going to diffuse this situation"... Police have not released further details about the incident.
