Recreational weed may now be legal in California, but marijuana and marijuana products aren't allowed inside the Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival. If anyone happens to forget about the rule, Indio police will have amnesty cans set up. People can drop off any contraband in the bins and move along without getting into trouble. Sixty-five people were arrested last year during the festival's first weekend for drug related offenses. The highly anticipated music festival kicks off this Friday.
