Twitter users are trying to help find the person shown in a video dumping water on a homeless woman in San Francisco. That video shows an individual dumping an entire bucket of water on a homeless woman from atop a two-story building, drenching her and her belongings. Residents told NBC Bay Area that people have been seen doing the same thing to other homeless people before from the same roof, possibly trying to shoo them away from the block. One Twitter user has reportedly offered one-thousand dollars for information that leads to an arrest. The woman did not filed a police report, but NBC says the incident could be considered misdemeanor battery. The homeless population in San Francisco has rise by 17-percent, as 25-thousand homeless people are said to be living in Bay Area counties.
