Canadians have a reputation for being police, which can even be said for the criminals. A gun-wielding, yet apologetic thief carjacked a woman in Alberta, Canada on Tuesday but made sure she had her cell phone, purse and even her lunch before he took off. The man had allegedly been standing on the side of the road after an accident when the woman had stopped to see if he needed help. She told police he asked if she had anything she needed in the back of the car, and even apologized for taking her car as he was driving away. Police say the crook remains at large, but believe it was part of a string of carjackings that started last week.
