A Texas couple is in trouble with the law for allegedly leaving their daughter home alone while they attended an out of state concert. Officials in Harris County say they received reports last week about the eleven-year-old being left unattended and they found her alone in Spring. They say 48-year-old John Guerrero Jr. and 39-year-old Virginia Yearnd went to Michigan for a show on Wednesday and were not supposed to be home until Friday. The girl was placed in the care of a neighbor and the two adults are charged with child endangerment.
