The EMT who was kicked by Heather Locklear while trying to detain her is hiring a lawyer. TMZ reports that the first responder is seeking compensation for medical bills and emotional abuse for the attack last week. Sources tell the website that the EMT suffered serious injuries to her head and neck and she has been reassigned to desk duty. Locklear was arrested for misdemeanor battery after she allegedly attacked a cop and the EMT as they attempted to separate her from family members.
