A Middle-Tennessee woman is doing just fine despite the shock of finding a snake slithering up her leg while she was driving. Michelle Huss was driving her van to a recycling center in Rutherford County last week when she felt something on her foot and ankle. Huss somehow managed to pull her van over and get away from the reptile, which turned out to be a large, a six-foot, non-venomous chicken snake. A call to 911 was next and a sheriff's deputy removed the reptile. Huss has a lot of land in the area and is used to seeing snakes but she says she was worried she was going to get bit when the unexpected animal started wrapping itself around her leg.
