A Florida man is under arrest after he called police to have his drugs tested. The Putnam County Sheriff's Department says 49-year-old Douglas Kelly of Hawthorne told officers he wanted to press charges against the person who sold him his meth. Kelly reportedly told police he had a bad reaction after smoking the meth, and detectives told Kelly that if he brought the meth to the sheriff's office they could test the quality of the narcotic. The Sheriff's Department says the drug tested positive for meth and Kelly was charged with possession.
