Conor McGregor Charged In Attack On UFC Fighters

UFC fighter Conor McGregor is facing three counts of assault and one of criminal mischief after things got out of hand when he showed up at a UFC press conference in New York. Video recorded yesterday shows McGregor throwing guard rails at a bus carrying UFC fighters and smashing a window.  McGregor surrendered to police a few hours after the attack.  He'll be in court today.  UFC President Dana White called it the "most disgusting thing that's ever happened in the history" of the UFC.  The incident followed White's recent announcement that would be stripping McGregor of his championship belt due to his having left the sport to box with Floyd Mayweather Jr. last summer.
