( Cincinnati ) - It was never really in doubt, but it's now official: the actions taken by the Cincinnati Police officers who responded to the mass shooting downtown on September 6, have been found to be justified.
Hamilton County Prosecutor Joe Deters put out a statement on Friday, saying "not only were the actions of the officers justified--they were heroic."
29-Year-Old Omar Santa-Perez fired some three dozen gunshots, killing three and wounding two others, before responding officers shot him, stopping the threat. Deters says it's policy to review all cases when police use deadly force.
