Brewery visit No. 67 within 50 miles of home: BC's Brewing Company
We loved BC's Brewing in Mason. We stopped in after doing our Saturday bike ride.
Congrats to Brian and gang on the opening about a month ago. They have a really cool setup with a friendly vibe.
They've got a strong and diverse lineup. Kelly and I each got a three pour flight:
Slow Pour Over, FunShine, Room for Activities, Mother Said I Was Handsome, Catalina Hop Mixer, Salad Bar.
My favorite was Slow Pour Over: An excellent Coffee Kolsch. Kelly's favorite was Funshine: A peach, apricot tart ale. I'm not a big sour guy, but that was pretty darn good. Not as tart as most sours.
Props Little Chef Medy and her food truck. We order of chicken Bulgogi that came on two skewers ($10) and three beef sliders ($10). Both were outstanding.
