Reds: June 30, 2006
The Reds trailed the Indians 5-0 before they even came to bat at GABP and trailed 7-0 going to the bottom of the 8th. But the Reds chipped away, scoring four runs in the 8th, thanks to an Austin Kearns solo home run and a Juan Castro three-run homer. They trailed 8-4 going to the 9th. Then, down 8-5 with two outs in the 9th, Adam Dunn hit a walk-off grand slam to give the Reds the victory over the Indians.
We were leaving on vacation early the next morning, driving to Southport, North Carolina. I went to bed when they trailed 6-0. I'll never forget driving at 6am and hearing 700 WLW's Scott Springer doing the sports update and him playing Marty's call. I almost drove off the road. Unreal.
