Multiple passengers had to be taken off a flight from Las Vegas to Atlanta due to medical issues while taxing to take off.
Passengers we said to have fell ill, passed out, and soiled themselves while waiting in temperatures up to 111 degrees reports say. The air conditioning on the flight was not working. The plane returned to the gate so some passengers could receive medical attention, while others were told they could get off the plane, but it could take days to find them another flight.
Most chose to stay on the plane, but were then asked to disembark after waiting 4 hours for takeoff, due to the flight crew falling ill.
