The Hawaii-based carrier Hawaiian Airlines has long prided itself on its punctuality. For 18 straight years, it held the top spot among the nation's carriers with the best on-time performance - even during the pandemic. But last year, its on-time percentage plummeted from 90.1% to 75.8%.
