April 1st, 2023 will be a date to remember for Delta employees!
The announcement of a raise for Delta employees was made in a memo by CEO Ed Bastian on February 7th, 2023.
The memo stated:
- A 5% base pay increase for ground and flight attendant employees worldwide at all steps of the pay scale.
- A 5% pool for eligible merit employees worldwide.
