'Security Issue' Closes P&G's Downtown Cincinnati HQ

(Cincinnati, OH) - Workers at Proctor and Gamble in downtown Cincinnati have been working from home Wednesday.

The company closed its headquarters over concerns about security. Cincinnati Police say P&G contacted them last night about a security concern at the company's downtown location. CPD vehicles including a SWAT truck were seen parked outside the company this morning.

The Kenton County Sheriff's Office announced in a release that one of its deputies received information about a former P&G employee and alleged threats made regarding his former employer. That information was turned over to Cincinnati Police.

Cincinnati Police say they have not charged anyone and that it is a multi-jurisdictional investigation.
