Greater Cincinnati Water Works says it's going to start shutting off service to delinquent accounts, and putting late fees on past due balances again. Though the utility says help is available for struggling customers.
GCWW has started a new payment plan and bill assistance program to pay down or pay off overdue water, sewer, and stormwater charges. If you owe money, but are in the payment program, you won't lose service.
