( Oakley ) - Cincinnati Police are searching for the suspect who shot a West Virginia man outside a busy shopping center on Thursday.
Witnesses say the shooting of 24-year-old Alias Phillips of Huntington (pictured) started as an argument among a group of people outside the Target store in Oakley. Initial reports caused a wave of panic in the area with fears an active shooter was on the loose.
About an hour after the violence, Cincinnati Police tweeted that an active investigation was underway, but there's no threat of an active shooter.
