Cincinnati Man Held on $1.5 Million Bond for Two Separate Fatal Shootings

( Cincinnati, OH ) - A man charged with shooting and killing two people Sunday is now being held at the Hamilton County Justice Center on $1.5 million bond.

Cincinnati police say Marc Henderson, 23, shot 27-year-old Richard Kelsay on Sidney Road in Green Township around 4:15 Sunday morning. About fifteen minutes later, Henderson allegedly fired the shots that took the life of 47-year-old David Francy on Georgia Avenue in Northside.

According to an affidavit, Henderson admitted to leaving his home armed with a rifle, "with the purpose to shoot and kill."

It's not clear what led up to each shooting. Both investigations are still on going.
