( Middletown, OH ) Several students suffered minor injuries Thursday morning when their school bus was struck by a pickup truck.
It happened around 8 a.m. at Central Ave and N. Highview Dr. Nearby surveillance footage shows the bus turning left across the intersection, when the pickup collided with the back end of the bus.
The bus was on the way to the Highview 6th Grade Center when it was struck. Eleven students in total suffered minor injuries and were taken to the hospital out of an abundance of caution.
Neither the driver of the bus, nor the pickup driver, were injured.
