The two motorcyclists killed in Carthage just after midnight Friday have been identified.
The Hamilton County Coroner says both were 29 years old. Kenneth Warner, Jr. and Ciara Macke.
Cincinnati Police say the driver lost control as the pair was riding in the 78 hundred block of Anthony Wayne Avenue and hit a utility pole. Neither was wearing a helmet. Police said they believe both speed and impairment are factors in the fatal crash, and ask any witnesses to contact the CPD Traffic Unit at 513-352-2514.
