( Cincinnati, OH ) - This week is your chance to celebrate the end of summer by helping save a life. The Hoxworth Blood Center is holding a blood drive ahead of the annual Western and Southern WEBN fireworks.
Anyone who donates at one of Hoxworth’s Neighborhood Donor Centers today through Tuesday, September 7 will receive an official 2021 WEBN frog t-shirt.
“Partnering with WEBN to give away the official fireworks t-shirt to donors is one of our favorite annual promotions,” says Cara Nicolas, spokesperson for Hoxworth Blood Center. “And we’re especially grateful to have the support of WEBN as we approach the end of summer, when our blood supply needs a boost.”
Hoxworth has need for all blood types, but especially O positive and A positive blood. Appointments are highly encouraged, and masks are required of all donors.
