Some of the largest employers in the Tristate are now requiring vaccinations.
The hospital systems across our area are giving workers until October First to get vaccinated or face termination. The order not only applies to employees but volunteers as well and all contractors who work in their buildings. Administrators at places like UC Health, TriHealth and Cincinnati Childrens Hospital say they are taking the action now because of the new surge in Covid cases because of the Delta variant. They say hospitalizations have reached their highest level in three months.
