( Over-the-Rhine ) - Cincinnati Police are asking for help identifying suspects who fired bb guns at homeless people.
Surveillance video shows a car stopping on Republic St in front of a group of men trying to sleep. People in the car appear to lean out a window to shoot at the men. At one point, the car slowly rolls away, then backs up to continue firing.
