Northbound 75 at Brent Spence Bridge Will be Slow ALL WEEKEND

It was already been slow because of construction now crossing the Brent Spence Bridge from Northern Kentucky into Ohio is going to be even more difficult.

Expect long delays northbound on 75 all weekend long after a worker was hurt in an accident on the job yesterday. The interstate highway is down to one lane on the bridge as the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet investigates the incident. A worker involved in the repainting project fell from a scaffolding and while he wasn't seriously hurt, the state is investigating to determine what went wrong and prevent it from happening again.

During rush hour Friday morning it took over an hour to get from 275 to the river. Often during that time truckers were staging rolling roadblocks as you can see in the photos below and some drivers losing patience with the delays attempted to go off the highway to get around.
