The Hamilton County Emergency Management Agency is in charge of distributing the vaccine locally and has set up a giant walk-in freezer in a secret undisclosed location to store the vaccine. It has to be kept at sub zero temperatures to remain effective.
One of the initial shipments will go to UC Health which is expecting about a thousand doses. The vaccinations will be used to provide protection to doctors and nurses who are on the front line treating Covid patients.
