( Colerain Twp ) - A man has been indicted on multiple charges including rape.
36-Year-Old Nicholas Howell is facing 23 counts: 11 for rape, 11 for unlawful sexual conduct with a minor, and 1 for gross sexual imposition.
He allegedly assaulted 4 victims in his home, and Hamilton County Prosecutor Joe Deters' office says he used force to subdue some of them. Some of the alleged victims were younger than 10-years-old at the time.
Howell faces multiple life sentences if convicted.
