Trying to prevent a Covid 19 outbreak behind bars. Hamilton County has a case in a staff member at 2020, the juvenile jail in Mount Auburn. Hamilton County Judge John Williams says fortunately the worker was on third shift and had limited contact with inmates
So far none of the teenage inmates have shown any symptoms of being infected. Three staff members who worked closely with the employee have been told to self isolate at home. New measures have been ordered at the facility to isolate prisoners to prevent any further spread.
Medical staff from Childrens Hospital have been brought in to monitor the teens for any symptoms of Covid 19.
