Ohio's Mail-In Primary Ends

( Cincinnati ) - Ohio's postponed primary is finishing on Tuesday, April 28, 2020.

Because of concerns about the spread of coronavirus, Governor Mike DeWine had the March 17 presidential primary election changed to mail-in only. Absentee ballots had to be requested by this past Saturday, and ballots must be submitted to county boards of election before 7:30pm.

All 88 county boards of election will provide a single release of results some time Tuesday night. These results should be considered unofficial until the official canvas is completed in three weeks.
