Suspected Mass Murderer Behind Bars in Cincinnati

A suspected mass murderer is behind bars this morning in the Hamilton County Justice Center. 42 year old Alto Miles is charged with killing four people on Friday in Avondale. Two of his suspected victims were found gunned down on Reading Road and then two others were found later in an apartment off Clinton Springs.

The victims have been identified as 28 year old William Bowen III, 47 year old Michael Eves, 56 year old Bridgett Carter and 35 year old Tasia Mason.

Police have not released any motive for the killings but we do know Miles has a long history of dealing drugs in Hamilton County.

He has been to prison five times since 2002 and was currently on parole for dealing in cocaine and heroin. Prosecutors cut a plea deal with Miles after his most recent arrest allowing him to return to Hamilton County after serving a two year sentence.
