Instead of Memorial Day weekend, they will do it over the 4th of July. Organizers of Taste of Cincinnati say it will happen on Fifth street downtown July 3rd thru the 5th. The delay ordered to try and help slow the spread of COVID19. Taste of Cincinnati is the nation's longest running culinary arts festival dating back to 1979.
To try and help restaurants struggling during the shutdown of public places, there will be a virtual Taste of Cincinnati this coming weekend. Organizers are asking that you order carryout, drive thru and delivery from favorite restaurants, food trucks and Findlay Market vendors April 3-5. There are a number of other virtual events planned to promote the virtual Taste of Cincinnati; they are detailed in the news release below.
