Police: Car that hit a house was reported stolen by Tamaya Dennard

( East Walnut Hills ) - A car reported stolen over two weeks ago by former Cincinnati City Councilwoman Tamaya Dennard turned up this morning in a house.

The black Lexus crashed into a home on East McMIllan, and two men were taken to the hospital from the scene. They're likely going to be criminally charged. Dennard told police the vehicle was taken from the garage at the Baldwin Building in Eden Park where she lives sometime between February 7 and 13. The police report indicates there was no forced entry to the garage. The car is registered to a woman related to Dennard.

She is facing eviction from the building for failing to pay rent. She is also facing federal bribery charges that led to her resignation from council just yesterday.
