( Roselawn ) - The man whom police say shot a 13-year-old girl who was running away from gunfire Wednesday evening is now in custody.
53-Year-Old Tony Tate was identified by police after they reviewed surveillance video taken near the scene on Reading near Section roads. Tate was arraigned Thursday morning. He's charged with three counts of felonious assault and 3 counts of having weapons under disability.
Security footage allegedly shows one victim lying on the ground when shot, another person then shot in the chest, and the teen girl shot while running back to her dance class.
They're all expected to recover. Tate's case is now going before the grand jury, and they'll decide whether to indict him with their report due March 2nd.
