( Clermont County, OH ) - Cincinnati Police Captain Amanda Caton went before a judge in Clermont County Friday morning on charges of operating a vehicle under the influence of Alcohol.

Caton was stopped in Loveland early Sunday morning and faced arraignment today. She pleaded not guilty and her attorney says the Officer who stopped her, had no reason to pull her over in the first place.

The police report says she crossed the center line on Loveland Miamiville Road but Attorney Steven Adams says the police cruiser's camera doesn't show Caton ever traveled left of center.

Caton refused to take a a Breathalyzer test the night of the incident. Neither her nor her husband, who is also a Cincinnati police officer, had a comment as they left the courtroom. Caton is currently suspended from the Cincinnati Police Department.
