(700 WLW)- Cincinnati Police sent to the 4000 block of Reading Road for a single vehicle accident just after midnight Thursday morning. Once on scene the officer immediately upgraded the response to a vehicular entrapment with one person trapped between the floor and the steering column. Police adding the vehicle hit the tree with so much direct force that a request was sent in for the tree to be cut down and removed due to the way it was hanging over Reading Rd. The driver was extricated and sent to University Hospital in serious condition.
