(700 WLW)- Three people arrested and charged with murder after a 23-year-old man was shot and killed this week in Wilmington. Police sent to Brownberry Drive just after 830 Tuesday night. Police pronouncing the victim dead at the scene from a gunshot wound. Officers identifying the victim as Layne Hall of Blanchester. Officers arresting 22 year Christian Terry, 21 Kevin No Jr and 22 year old Corey Ruffner. All three are charged in the murder of Mr Hall.
