(700 WLW)- District Three Cincinnati Police responded to the 3800 block of President Drive on December 12th to investigate a report of a shooting. Officers locating the shooting victim, who was pronounced dead at the scene. The victim was been identified as 30 year old Damarlo Harris. Thursday, the Cincinnati Police Department’s Homicide Unit, with the assistance of the Fugitive Apprehension Squad and the Dekalb County Sheriff’s Office in Georgia, arrested 28 year old Robert Chapman on an open murder warrant for the death of Mr. Harris.
