(Cincinnati) - Cincinnati Police have identified the man killed in a fatal crash on Highland Avenue yesterday.
They say 86-year-old Flue Battle was driving his driving his 2004 Mercury Grand Marquis northbound on the road when he slammed into a 2019 Dodge Charger being driven by Donadl Dunn. Battle died while being treated for his injuries.
Officers say impairment is unknown at the time but excessive speed doesn't seem to be a factor. Battle wasn't wearing a seat belt at the time.
Anyone who witnessed the wreck is asked to call police.
