(700 WLW)- The Lebanon Post of the Ohio State Highway Patrol continues the investigation after a three vehicle fatal crash on Interstate 75 near Franklin/Sprinboro Sunday evening. A Dodge Ram driven by 24 year old Tyler Haddix crossed the median and struck a Honda Civic and a semi in the northbound lane. Haddix was ejected from his truck and pronounced dead at the scene. A child in the truck was taken to the hospital. The driver of the Honda Civic was taken to the hospital with serious injuries. State Troopers say alcohol/drug impairment and failure to wear a seatbelt are being investigated as factors in this crash.
