Police say 42 year old Julie Groteke runs a day care out of her home on Springdale Pike in Wyoming. Last month, when a grandmother came to pick up a child she says no one answered the door and she found Groteke inside unconscious. Paramedics were called and investigators say it was determined that Groteke was drunk with a BAC of .328 more than four times the legal limit. There were nine children in the home at the time and Groteke is now locked up in the Hamilton County Justice Center charged with nine counts of child endangering.
