Three men from Lebanon were indicted in the sexual assault of a 17-year-old unconscious girl that was recorded and shared on Snapchat.
All are 18 years old. Alexander Wood and Dominic Cboins are from Lebanon. Quentin Smith is from South Lebanon. All three are charged with rape, and sexual battery.
Wood and Smith are separately charged with pandering sexually oriented material involving a minor or impaired person and illegal use of a minor or impaired person in nudity-oriented material or performance.
The alleged attack happened on April 6, 2019 at the Mason Inn. The investigation showed the victim and her boyfriend had been visiting the room. The girl stayed behind after her boyfriend left and the prosecutor says she become “highly intoxicated and passed out.”
Warren County Prosecutor David Fornshell said says Wood and Smith are accused of recording and posting the assault on the unconscious girl on Snapchat.
The trio will face arraignment on December 6th in Warren County Common Pleas Court.
