A Cleves mom is waking up in the Hamilton County Justice Center, locked up on child endangering charges.
Police say they arrested 44 year old Jennifer Roell of Sterwerf Drive after she admitted to taking nude photos of her 16 year old daughter on her cell phone and then sending the photos to the teen so she could forward them to her boyfriend. Roell is being held on $25000 bond and faces arraignment late this morning.
